What are the eligibility requirements for refunds?

ZonGuru is a subscription-based service. We offer a free 7-day trial before starting a paid subscription. Users can cancel at any time within the free trial period to avoid a charge. At the end of the free trial period, users will be automatically moved across to their selected plan.

Our plans will continue to renew at each billing period to ensure users continue to have uninterrupted access to our tools. Users have a responsibility to notify ZonGuru of any plan changes or cancellations required before renewal. Changes and cancellations can be done at any time from within your ZonGuru login. Please refer to this help article for more information.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for a refund is dependent on the plan you are currently subscribed to. We’ve listed below the different plan types and timeframes for refunds:

New Sign Ups (annual and monthly)

  • A full refund will be provided if requested within 7 days of the first transaction.

  • A prorated refund will be provided if requested after 7 days and within 30 days of the first transaction.

  • If the refund is requested after 30 days from the first transaction no refund is provided.

Annual Subscription Renewal

  • No refund will be provided for an annual subscription renewal.

  • If you do not want to renew your subscription please ensure it is canceled prior to the renewal occurring. You will still have access until the end of your current billing period.

Monthly Renewals

  • No refund will be provided for monthly renewal transactions.

  • If you do not want to renew your subscription please ensure it is canceled prior to the renewal occurring. You will still have access until the end of your current billing period.

SKU Tier Upgrades

  • A refund will be provided for SKU tier upgrades if requested within 7 days of the upgrade transaction.

  • The refund will apply only to the upgrade amount and not the original subscription amount.

Challenge Sign-Ups

  • Have 24 hours from their sign-up registration to cancel the challenge and request a refund.

We can only accept refund requests in accordance with the above timeframes.
