One question that we're asked from time to time is "how secure is my business data when I connect to ZonGuru?"

We'd like to tackle this question head on so that you can rest assured that your business is protected when you partner with ZonGuru.

From a software standpoint our servers (both web and database) are located in the US and all data is stored there. Our team of developers have a combined many decades worth of experience in data security and the best industry protocols to ensure there are no cracks in our firewall.

The team have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Some of the safeguards are the use of firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls.

Our CTO, backend developers, and customer support agents - which have all signed NDAs - are the only people with access to the data. And the only reason why those team members need access to your secure data is in instances of troubleshooting technical support issues. That's it. Your business data will never be shared, sold, or otherwise. Period.

Would ZonGuru ever share my information with anyone else?

We have a strict non disclosure agreement in place to stop anyone in ZonGuru from sharing any personal information from within the account of our users. We do not and will not EVER share any of your personal information with 3rd parties as outlined in our privacy policy.

If you have further questions you can always view our Privacy Policy or TOS:
