Amazon has terms of service (TOS) which are designed to protect both sellers and buyers on its platform. Essentially, they are a list of do’s and don’ts that sellers must adhere to when communicating with buyers. Just like most rules, there are consequences for breaking them!

One thing that MUST be included on all proactive messages is the 17-digit Amazon order ID. If this isn't included Amazon will block your email from being delivered to the buyer.

You can easily insert the order ID into your Email Automator campaign using placeholders. Simply copy and paste [[order-id]] into your email text for automatic ID inserts.
