This article explains what the Security Level in the IP Monitor does and how you should set it

The Security Level basically means "how sensitive you want our algorithm to be" when it scan your competitors listings for stolen images.
We recommend setting it to medium, if you are finding that you are seeing your images being stolen and the IP Monitor has not sent you an email you should change the Level to High. If you find that you are getting notifications about infringements that are not your image you should set the level to Low.
