In rare instances you may experience a situation where you run a chrome extension search and you are faced with results showing "UNKNOWN".
This is usually occurs when Amazon is playing around with their software creating a bug.
Uninstalling and then re-installing the Chrome Extension will fix this issue 99% of the time.
you can do this by
- right clicking on the zonguru icon on the top right of your screen
- click "remove from chrome"
- go to chrome store
- search zonguru
- download zonguru
- log in
