Amazon has removed the ability for sellers to access the names & addresses of their customers.

How does this affect you as a seller?

Make sure you are not using quick URLs inside of Email Automator to auto-generate first names as this function no longer works.

To personally reach out to a customer that has left a review the best course of action is to reply with a public comment on the review for all buyers to see.
