How do I switch on alerts for key listing changes for my client products?

Step 1 - Navigate to your client’s ZonGuru file.

Step 2 - From the Monitoring & Alerts menu select Product Pulse.

Step 3 - Enter your client ASINs separated by spaces, select the appropriate

marketplace and click +Add.

Step 3 - Click on the ‘bell’ icon to choose which events you would like Product

Pulse to provide alerts for. You also have the option to display the event on your Business Dashboard and Sales Spy graphs. This can be helpful to determine the financial impact of the listing change.

Step 4 - Repeat this process for key competitors. This will ensure you are alerted

to any changes that your client may need to respond to such as pricing

changes or updates to titles, bullets and descriptions.

Product Pulse Tips:

  1. If you would like to see details of the listing changes simply click the underlined field for the old or new value. This will display details of the change in its entirety.

  2. Listing change events that you have elected to show on graphs will display on your Business Dashboard. This provides a quick visual guide to the financial effect key listing changes have on your profit.
