How can I make connections between client ZonGuru files and Amazon?

To make sure you unlock the full benefit of the ZonGuru tools we recommend connecting your ZonGuru client accounts to Amazon.

There are two options for making this connection:

  1. Automatic Connection - Best used when you have Seller Central login access on behalf of your clients

  2. Manual Connection - Best used when you don't have Seller Central login access on behalf of your clients.

Step-by-Step Automatic Connection Instructions

Step 1 - Login to your ZonGuru Agency Dashboard - here.

Step 2 - Click the login button next to the sub account you would like to connect

to Amazon.

Step 3 - Once you are within the client's file go to the Connect tab under the

settings menu.

Step 4 - Click ‘CONNECT TO MWS’ for the region your client is selling within.

Step 5 - You will receive an alert saying you are about to be navigated to

Amazon to complete the connection. Click OK.

Step 6 - Enter your Amazon login credentials.

Step 7 - Click the terms and conditions box and select confirm.

Step 8 - Navigate back to ZonGuru ‘ and to the Connect tab.

Step 9 - Click ‘CONNECT TO AMAZON ADVERTISING’ for the region your client is

selling within.

Step 10 - Follow the prompts to complete the connection.

Step-by-Step Manual Connection Instructions

Step 1 - Login to your ZonGuru master file - here.

Step 2 - Navigate to the Assistant Accounts menu.

Step 3 - Select the customer file that you would like to establish the connection

for and click manage.

Step 4 - Once you are within the client's file go to the Assistant Manager tab

under the settings menu.

Step 5 - Enter the clients email address and tick the ‘Profile’

permission box and click send. An invitation will be sent to your client

inviting them to set up a ZonGuru login to the account.

Step 6 - The client will receive the below email. They will not be able to access

any of the tools or data unless you grant them permission.

Instructions for client to complete

Step 7 - Please accept the email invitation to manage the ZonGuru account.

Follow the prompts to setup a free login and accept the invitation to

become an assistant to the file.

Step 8 - After the login is set up please navigate to the Assistant Accounts

menu.

Step 9 - Please click manage.

Step 10 - You are now within your ZonGuru master file. From the top right menu

Please select ‘connect’.

Step 11 - Click ‘CONNECT TO MWS’ for the region you are selling within.

Step 12 - You will receive an alert saying you are about to be navigated to

Amazon to complete the connection. Click OK.

Step 13 - Enter your Amazon login credentials.

Step 14 - Click the terms and conditions box and select confirm.

Step 15 - Navigate back to ZonGuru ‘ and to the Connect tab.

Step 16 - Click ‘CONNECT TO AMAZON ADVERTISING’ for the region you are selling

Within and follow the prompts.
