Not seeing all search results?

When using the Chrome Extension it is important to ensure your address is set to an address that matches your marketplace. ie: USA in Amazon.com. This makes sure you are seeing every product that customers in the USA can see.

If you don't have a USA address in mind, use the below:

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington, DC 20500

Phone: 202-456-1414

Chrome Extension not working on tablets / iPads / mobile devices

Unfortunately Google does not yet allow functionality for extensions to be used on tablets or on mobile (this is not a ZonGuru issue, this is an issue with Chrome). So you'll need to use your laptop or desktop to use the Chrome Extension.

Uninstall and reinstall the Chrome Extension

Most Chrome Extension issues can be fixed by uninstalling then reinstalling the ZonGuru Chrome Extension:

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Right click on the ZonGuru icon on the top right of your screen

  3. Click "remove from chrome"

  4. Search ZonGuru

  5. Download ZonGuru

  6. Log in using ZonGuru credentials

Do you have an out of date extension?

Try updating your extension by following these easy steps:

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Open the menu in the top right corner -> More Tools -> Extensions

  3. Check Developer mode in the top right corner

  4. Click Update Extensions.

Is it time to clear your cache & cookies?

Try clearing your cache & cookies by following these easy steps:

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Open the menu in the top right corner -> More Tools -> Clear browsing data.

  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  5. Click Clear data.

Is your antivirus software interfering with the Chrome Extension?

Antivirus programs can sometimes block the Chrome Extension. Antivirus providers usually have a way to whitelist certain applications and exclude them from virus checking. If in doubt reach out to your antivirus support team and inquire about excluding a certain application from virus checking and they should be able to help.

Factory reset of Chrome

Still having issues with the Chrome Extension? We recommend performing a rest of Chrome, a factory reset disables extensions, deletes stored temporary data and cookies but keeps bookmarks and stored passwords kept in the password manager.

To do this please follow the below steps:

  1. Delete the extension from Chrome, then reset to factory default

  2. Open Chrome

  3. Open the menu in the top right corner -> Settings

  4. Scroll all the way to the bottom, in the advanced settings and click on reset to factory.

  5. After doing this restart Chrome and reinstall the ZonGuru Extension.

If you have any questions about the above or continue to have issues with Chrome Extension please get in touch with the ZonGuru support team - support@zonguru.com
